Hmmmm... I found 1, 3, and 5 to be the ONLY romantic gestures, with 3 being *chef's kiss* sweet. I can also see giving flowers as part of a deserved apology (healthy twist on #1) as very romantic, too.

2 and 4 are just condescending Disney drivel that is, at best, cringingly unrealistic and grotesquely juvenile, and at worst toxically codependent and anachronistically belittling to both modern men and women.

I will agree with you though that most folks don't have much access to what goes on in their heads.
