If by "wanting to be men," you mean "wanting to be free", then yes. But the desire to walk through the world freely expressing my autonomy, and pursuing my ambitions unencumbered by family responsibilities (beyond everyone's modern need for income) is not "masculine" or "feminine". It's human.

Yes, we want to free of DEPENDENCY on men. Who wants to be a dependent; subject to a class of people we hope will be benevolent? Would you? This BS about "masculinity" and "femininity" is old paradigm. Stay at home dads are as valid and important as women Heads of State.

In 2024 in the West, we should all have the same opportunity to freely choose how we want to move in this world, and whatever arbitrary gender norms existed in the past were just a form of social control that won't be tolerated any longer.
